What is the minimum booking duration?

Bookings are charged by the hour with a minimum of 3 hours, or by the day. Please make your booking based on your travel needs.

How much notice is needed before travel?

We only accept bookings made at least 24 hours before the trip to ensure proper transport arrangements.

Can I make an urgent booking (ASAP)?

Yes, we accept urgent requests depending on the destination and travel time. If there is no advance booking, we may still provide pickup transport within city areas within 1 hour, subject to vehicle availability and location proximity, with no extra charge.

Is there an extra charge for late-night airport trips?

Yes. A 50% surcharge applies to taxi fares for trips between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM to KLIA, KLIA2, and Subang Airport (SAAS).

Is the company responsible for delays caused by events outside its control?

We cannot be held responsible for any financial or professional losses, missed connections, flights, or train departures caused by bad weather, traffic conditions, road accidents, or road closures.

What rights does the taxi driver have regarding passengers?

The taxi driver has the right to refuse entry to any passenger who, in the driver’s judgment, may pose a threat to the driver or the vehicle.
